The holding force of the electromagnet is determined at room temperature (20°C) in contact with a material made of mild structural steel with a polished surface on a pull directed perpendicular to the surface (1 kg ≈ 10 N). The minimum thickness of the anchor is given in the table (*). In exceptional cases, the difference in holding force may be -10% of the values given.

At the customer's request, we are able to produce various types and types of electromagnets with an operating voltage of 3-48V DC.

Holding electromagnets:

Retained electromagnets in circular or rod design with a holding force from 45 N to 50,000 N offer the optimal choice for use in robotics, lifting, transport, clamping technology and in construction equipment technology as well as household equipment and security systems. For critical surface structures, a special pole design can be used according to the customer's wishes. These products are manufactured and tested in accordance with DIN VDE 0580.

Lifting and control solenoids:

Lifting and control electromagnets find a very wide field of action in areas where flap control, turnout setting, locking and unlocking of the system are carried out. With strokes of 1-50 mm, linear actuators from fine mechanical to heavy machinery can be released without complex and expensive pneumatic or hydraulic components. An extremely long service life of several million cycles can be realized depending on the application. The magnetic separation system here offers a very efficient solution for almost all solid and liquid products.

Separation of ferromagnetic particles and detection of metallic particles:

Quality assurance in the food and plastics industry. Protection against machine damage and production stoppage. To protect the machine, the limits of the smallest metal particles to be detected can be very different. The choice of system should be taken with consideration of the damage that may occur.
