Return of goods, non-functional new goods

Does the product purchased through our online store not correspond to your ideas? Then you have the opportunity to return it without giving reasons within 21 days from the date of receipt. Of course, this also applies to products that you have picked up at the store.

- Return to the store

You can bring the returned product to our office at Zábřežská 667/66, Šumperk, together with the product also bring a sales document . We will check the product at the branch, write a Withdrawal from the purchase agreement within 21 days and ensure a refund.

- Return at the Mailing Point (FREE OF CHARGE)

If you do not have a branch on hand, you can return the goods at the dispensing points of Zásilkovna sro. In this case, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT . You will find the information needed to fill in the invoice.

2. Restore the goods to their original condition. In this case, we will refund the full price of the goods.

3. Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transport. Ideally, pack it in its original packaging.

4. Take the goods to the Dispensing Point of the Mail Order and dictate the numerical identifier:

Identifier: 96091349

- Return by mail

If you do not have a branch on hand, you can return the goods by post. In this case, follow these steps:

1. Fill in the NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT . You will find the information needed to fill in the invoice.

Damage on delivery

Did you unpack the new goods and find that they were damaged, even though the packaging was intact? Inform either the carrier or our company as soon as possible. Ideally within 48 hours so we can help you as soon as possible.

Incomplete shipment

You received an incomplete shipment. Please inform us as soon as possible about the product that was not delivered to you. We will check the whole situation and suggest a solution.
