How do i claim/return an order?

- Returning in store

The easiest way to return a product is to return it directly to our store in Sumperk. We will inspect the product at the branch, write down everything necessary and arrange a refund or exchange if necessary.

- FREE returns at the pickup point of the Packeta

If you do not have a branch on hand, you can return the goods at the pickup point of Packeta in this case, please follow the following procedure:

1. Fill in the return form above. The information required can be found on the invoice.

2. Place the goods in their original condition. In this case we will refund the full price of the goods.

3. Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transit. Ideally, wrap it in its original packaging.

4. Take the goods to the pickup point of the Packeta and dictate the numerical identifier:

- Returns by parcel service

If you don't have a branch at hand, you can return the goods by mail order (for example: Packeta, PPL, GLS, DPD). In this case, please follow the following procedure:

1. Fill in the claim form above. The information required can be found on the invoice.

2. Please return the goods to their original condition. In this case, we will refund the full price of the goods.

3. Pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transit. Ideally, wrap it in its original packaging.

4. Send the goods to our Complaints Department: (Do not send the parcel COD! In this case, the shipment will not be accepted by us!)
